How much is postage?
All online postage and handling fees are currently FREE for all standard delivery options made within Australia.
How long will my delivery take?
Standard delivery times vary depending on your location. Below are estimated delivery times:
• Most Metropolitan locations: 3-5 business days
• Regional/rural locations within Australia: 5-10 business days
Express post is available at an additional cost.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Customers will be provided with information on how to track their order following their purchase. Customers may also request signature on delivery at no extra cost.
Can I request to pick up my order?
Yes, pick up is available at our showroom/warehouse in Sunshine by appointment only - Monday-Friday.
Orders will need to be processed prior to pick up.
To process your order online for pick up only:
• Include your telephone contact details in the 'Order Comments' section.
• Once processed we'll give you a call to arrange a suitable time for pick up.
