What if the clothing doesn’t fit?
If your item is the incorrect size, simply let us know within 30 days and we’ll happily exchange the item for the correct size. Goods must be returned within a timely manner and meet the conditions below.

What if I change my mind?
We have a 30 day change of mind return policy for any unopened and unused item.
If you change your mind on an item purchased online, you may return it for an exchange or refund, providing that goods are returned within a timely manner and meet the conditions below. Once your goods have been accepted, your return/exchange will be processed.
Please note that postage and handling costs are non-refundable and will be at the customer's expense. Refunds generally take up to five business days, depending on your method of payment.
What if the product is defective on arrival?
In the unlikely case where a product is defective upon purchase, we will happily replace this item.

Once your goods have been accepted, your return/exchange will be processed. Your refund generally takes up to five business days, depending on your method of payment.
For all returns, please notify us before the 30 days. Postage and handling costs will be at our expense.
Full refunds will be available in the instance of major faults/defects in order to comply with Australian Consumer Law.
Returning goods – conditions and requirements:
To return/exchange an item, please check that:
- Goods are in saleable condition
- Goods are unused with original tags attached
- Packaging remains intact and undamaged
- You have retained a copy of your receipt (or provide confirmation of equivalent)
- You have notified us within 30 days of purchase by email at email@example.com
Do I need to provide a receipt of purchase?
Yes, we will need a receipt of purchase, or otherwise confirmation of your order and email used to purchase the product online, for us to process your returns request.
